Business Management Consultant and Small Business Analyst Edward J. Coletti, MA is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC and holds 2 Masters Degrees from San Francisco State University and California State University Sonoma.
Ed Coletti is owner of three highly successful consulting firms: Edward J. Coletti Management Services, California Career Consultants, and CIRC (Coletti Information & Research Center). Mr.Coletti has been an independent consultant for well over 20 years. Prior to that time, he was employed as a college instructor, vocational counselor for the State of California, and an Army officer during and after Vietnam.
More than anything else, Ed Coletti enjoys assisting prospective and existing business owners with research, analysis, counseling and recommendations toward small business success. He is inspired by creative self-starters, who, in turn, find him to be a friendly, enthusiastic, and exceptionally knowledgeable participant in their projects.

Mr. Coletti spoke to the issue of offering business startup help to benefits recipients as a very effective step and incentive toward full vocational rehabilitation.
